About This Special Issue
special issue consider approaches to improvement of quality of public administration in the context of the modern accruing global challenges caused by development of social and digital technologies. A subject of special issue is pathologies, problems in a public sector which are the limiting factors of sustainable development of the country reducing quality of public administration. Results of the analysis designate need of search of the new model of public administration for modern conditions capable to provide productive development of the state and public relations, transformation of all system of public administration in the Russian Federation.
